Dr. Zeeshan Ahmed
Dr. Zeeshan is the Rector & Dean and an Associate Professor at KSBL.
Dr Zeeshan Ahmed is one of the leading management educationists in the country. He has held key positions in the three top business schools in Pakistan, viz. LUMS, IBA Karachi, KSBL and Al Qadir University Project. He has also served on the board of country’s eminent Islamic Schools. His mission and passion is to change the society by reforming the education system. He has also studied traditional uloom under the tutelage of eminent scholars.
Currently, Dr Zeeshan is the Vice-Chancellor of the recently-chartered Al-Ghazali University. In his previous job, Dr. Zeeshan served as the founding Dean of former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Al-Qadir University Project Trust. Prior to joining Al-Qadir Trust, he served as the Rector and Dean KSBL, an emerging business school set up by the Engro group. He has significantly contributed to the institution’s academic growth and sustainability. Earlier, he was heading the undergraduate program at LUMS business school. Dr. Zeeshan has over 25 years of diverse experience in teaching, training, consulting and research. Initially, he worked as a management consultant with Ferguson Associates, an affiliate firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has conducted multiple trainings and workshops on topics such as Leadership, Ethics, Corporate Finance, Management Development Program, Team Building, Islamic Finance and Digital Transformation.
He completed his Ph.D. from Mississippi State University, US in the discipline of Finance. Professionally, he is a CFA and has also passed all CPA examinations. Recently, he has been working on curriculum and pedagogies that help in developing universally desirable character traits that are integral to the Seerah of Prophet ﷺ and his companions.
Dr. Zeeshan also serves as Member of Syndicate of Airwar College, Shurah Jamiatur Rasheed, Management Committee Reflections School, Board of Trustees-Ihsan Trust, Advisory Board-The Lab School, Board of Directors at Hikmah Institute and Al-Emaan Institute, Academic Council of IBA Centre for Excellence in Islamic Finance (CEIF) and Patron-in-Chief at Naseeha Institute.

Mufti Muhammad Zahid
Mufti Muhammad Zahid Sangharwi is a graduate from Dar-ul-uloom Karachi from where he recieved ‘Almiyah’ and ‘Takhasus fil Ifta’ degrees. He is currently heading Shariah Compliance at Pak-Qatar Family Takaful and is the Resident Shariah Adviser for Soneri Bank while being on the shariah board of multiple institutions and companies in Pakistan.
Specialized in the sciences of Islamic Jurisprudence, Mufti Zahid focuses on presenting Shariah-compliant solutions for modern financial products and ensuring Shariah compliance of transactions. He is also a visiting faculty member at The Guidance Institute and conducts trainings on Takaful and Risk Management. Along with this, Mufti Zahid regularly conducts Dars-e-Qauran and Dars-e-Hadith sessions.

Amanullah Kassim
Amanuallah Kassim Machiyara is a renowned businessman and philanthropist of Pakistan. He is a director of the Machiyara Group of Companies, one of the leading business groups of the country. While he has an MBBS from Sindh Medical College (class of 1985), Dr. Amanullah instead took to expanding his horizons, enabling him to have extensive experience in multiple industries including construction, real estate development, textiles, mobile phones and trading. He is the chairman of Macter International Limited and the chairman of the All Pakistan Textile Mills Association.
In addition to his professional accomplishments and accolades, Dr. Amanullah is a renowned philanthropist and president of the Zubaida Machiyara Trust (ZMT), a fast growing network of over 45 ZMT clinics that provide basic health care and medicines to the underprivileged across all towns of Karachi. He is also the president of Kiran Patients Walfare Society (KPWS) and the vice president of Karachi Institute of Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine Pakistan (KIRAN).
